2. General

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the mmcards.store online shop.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.

3. Orders and Formation of Contract

A binding contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product information.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include Finnish value-added tax (VAT 25.5%), unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement by email or by post.

In case of withdrawal:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product

6. Warranty and Complaints

Products are subject to the statutory liability for defects under Finnish consumer protection law.

If a product is defective, please contact our customer service within two (2) years of receiving the product.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or losses.

Our liability is limited to the total value of the order in question, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland.

In the event of a consumer dispute, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services or submit the dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

Parcels not collected within the carrier’s period are returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the original delivery fee and return shipping. Customers may choose reshipping at their own shipping cost or a partial refund of the product price only. This does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which requires explicit written notice to us.
