Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods (postage, packaging etc.).

Condition of Returned Goods / Diminished Value
•  If the plastic seal remains intact and the pack shows no signs of tampering or damage, we will issue a full refund
•  If the seal is broken but the cards are in pristine condition (e.g., no creases, bends, fingerprints, wear, shuffling marks, or other damage), we may still issue a full or near-full refund, however, if this reduces our ability to resell the pack at full “new” price (e.g., as an open-box item), we reserve the right to make a proportional deduction to reflect the actual diminished value.
•  If the cards show clear signs of use or handling beyond basic inspection (e.g., visible wear, bends, smudges, missing cards, or damage that makes them no longer resalable), we will reduce the refund amount accordingly. In cases of significant use or damage, we may offer only a partial refund.
We will always notify you in writing (with photos or explanation where possible) of any deduction and the adjusted refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Parcels not collected within the carrier’s period are returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the original delivery fee and return shipping. Customers may choose reshipping at their own shipping cost or a partial refund of the product price only. This does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which requires explicit written notice to us.
