SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to:

All countries within the European Union (EU)
All orders are shipped from Finland.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after order processing:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, postal services, and local conditions.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on the size of the order and delivery destination.
Larger orders may require a larger shipping package. In such cases, the applicable shipping rate is applied automatically at checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
6. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
If there is a significant delay or issue with your shipment, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.
7. Taxes and Duties (EU Orders)
All prices include VAT for orders shipped within the European Union.
We currently do not ship outside the EU. Therefore, customs duties or import fees do not apply.
8. Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact us before sending any items back.

Parcels not collected within the carrier’s period are returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the original delivery fee and return shipping. Customers may choose reshipping at their own shipping cost or a partial refund of the product price only. This does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which requires explicit written notice to us.
